The Comparative Analysis On The International Competitiveness Of Producer Services Trade Between China And India

Since the 1960 s,with the development of the world economy began to shift from “industrialized economies ” to “service-oriented economy”, the service trade development has been paid more and more attention, and plays an important role in a country’s economic. In the period of the international division of labor refinement deeply and the industrial structure transformation, the trade refer to the import and export of producer service gradually become the core content of the service trade and its development trend. Therefore the level of a country’s competitiveness in trade of producer services determine the level of a country’s competitiveness in trade of services. Then it will finally affects the country’s international competitiveness and status.As the most potential and typical representative of the emerging economies in the world, China and India have many similarities in economic development, resource endowment, consumer behavior and the national comprehensive strength, which has aroused people’s wide attention and research. So, on a comparison in services trade competitiveness between two countries has important practical significance. In addition, although the amount of China’s trade in producer services have achieved accelerated increase, and China’s total producer services more than China. However, at the same time, behind the development of unreasonable structure, balance of trade all the year round and lack of technique problems has been exposed. As a developing country as well, With compared to India’s trade pattern takes the development of knowledge intensive productive service as the center, the international competitiveness of China’s producer services trade are still relatively weak, and there are many places we need to learn from.This article through comparing the competitiveness of China and India in producer services trade, that is in order to find the gap between China and India and the causes of the gap, at last according to the influence degree of various factors give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the first chapter, this article summarizes the relevant conception and the research development of producer services trade.In the second chapter, the current situation of the producer services trade and between China and India were analyzed. The description are made by four aspects which are the overall level of the producer services trade, import and export structure、growth rate and balance of trade.The third chapter, the paper analyzes the international competitiveness by selecting three indicators, respectively from the overall, divisions, analyzes the present situation of the international competitiveness in the producer services trade between China and India.In the forth chapter conducts empirical analysis of the impact factors, which affects China’s and India’s productive services trade competitiveness. By VAR,analyzing the impact of various factors on the dynamic effect of the productive service trade.In the fifth chapter put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China’s producer services trade according to the influences.
