This marked the beginning of the establishment of housing security system in China. After nearly 20 years of reform and development, has gradually formed in our country or housing subsidies for characteristic, economy applicable room, low-rent housing and public rental housing as the mainstay of the housing security system. However, the development of social problems is often accompanied by system. China’s housing security system as well as other social institutions, feeling the stones across the river, produced some new problems inevitably. Intertwined, these problems affect the healthy development of housing security system. And in low and middle-income groups marginalization problem is restricting the affordable housing system play its regulatory role of important factor. Groups marginalized perspective of this article is based on sociology and social security housing security theory, as a basic starting point for investigation and study to the problem.
