Small and micro enterprises in the development of national economy and expanding employment has played an important role, but the financing difficulty is still the important factor of restricting its development. The traditional financial institutions doesn’t like to lend the money to micro enterprise, for the credit technology of bank is not suitable for small and micro enterprises. German IPC technology is a credit technology for the small and micro enterprises, introduced in China by the National Development Bank since2005, having carried out cooperation with a number of city commercial banks, rural credit cooperatives and lending institutions, and Credit Ease’s Commercial credit is applied this technology to small and micro enterprise business loans since 2006.This paper gave a brief introduction of IPC technology and Credit Ease’s Commercial credit; Then spend more time on analysis how IPC technology applied to Credit Ease’s Commercial credit, and through a case analyzed the application of the IPC core technology; And then analyzed Credit Ease problems, and put forward the corresponding counter measures.Through this research, one hand we can improve Credit Ease’s credit technology,improve its operation efficiency and achieve sustainable development; On the other hand can also put some common developed and the popularity of the practice in this paper out to promotion and transplanted to the small and medium-sized commercial banks and micro finance institutions, achieving its characteristic, difference and sustainable development. The most important is to explore suitable credit technology for small micro enterprise to solve its credit difficult has important significance.
