CPAs as the authenticators of corporate financial information, and their Audit Act if it cannot be found that the financial fraud, will not be able to pass true and reliable information to the capital markets, which also makes public investors suffered economic losses due to unable to make rational decisions. Along with financial fraud scandals emerge, people on the audit market increasingly concerned about economic behavior and the factors influencing audit fees of CPA firm also became one of the key research areas. By reviewing the factors influencing audit fees of relevant empirical research, we found that the research results have been rich enough to replace different data for research, and conclusions will also be similar. Therefore we defined as industry characteristics of listed companies and the corresponding concentration of the industry, asset structure, whether or not subject to government control to examine industry impact on audit fees, so as to improve the risk awareness of CPA, enhancing audit fee model to provide some guidance. In this paper, we used qualitative and quantitative phase combines of research method, in reference both at home and abroad audit theory, choosing financial data of Chinese listed companies from 2011 to 2013 year as research sample, through using non-parameter test, and single factors variance analysis, and LSD test, and multiple linear return, variety statistics method to analyze industry features impact on audit costs. Then we obtained following conclusions:(1) audit costs between different industries exists significantly differences, and this differences are universal and stable;(2) industry concentration is significantly and positively correlated with audit costs;(3) the proportion of liquid assets is significantly and negatively correlated with auditing costs,(4) industry controls are significantly and negatively correlated with auditing costs.
