Study On Manufacturing Enterprise Technology Innovation Model And Promotion Strategy Based On Game

The manufacturing industry overall occupies a large share of the national economy, but its technology innovation ability in our country has been on the low side, so the introduction of game theory in order to improve the manufacturing enterprise organization, decision-making and cooperation ability, to solve the interests distribution problem in the innovation cooperation process has important practical significance to improve the level of technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyze the research status at home and abroad about technology innovation and the game theory, study the development situation of technology innovation at home and abroad, and sums up the application situation of game theory in the enterprise competition and cooperation relations, profit distribution, technology innovation evolution, etc,.Secondly, this paper expounds the basic elements, classic expressions and classification of game model of game theory. Furthermore technology innovation process of manufacturing enterprises was studied, included the basic process of innovation and characteristics, the typical technology innovation pattern of manufacturing enterprises.Then, the input and output conditions of manufacturing enterprises’ technology innovation in our country in recent years are analyzed in detail. By contrast with foreign country and company condition, some problems of technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises in our country are summarized. Additionally the paper studies the internal and external factors influencing factors of the manufacturing enterprise technology innovation, and analyzes the segments which need to use game theory in the process of enterprise technology innovation. Furthermore the overall framework of the manufacturing enterprise technology innovation mode based on the game is presented. Considering on the overall framework, this paper analyzes decision-making model, risk compensation model, cooperation model and interest distribution model of manufacturing enterprise technology innovation based on game.Once more, this paper studies the manufacturing enterprise technology innovation mode based on the game, included manufacturing enterprise technology innovation decision-making model, risk compensation model, innovation cooperation model and benefit allocation model. This paper builds evaluation index system from five aspects, included technology innovation input ability, technology innovation decision making model running effect etc., and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process method to evaluate the potential effect.Lastly, respectively from the angle of manufacturing enterprises, the cooperative institution, the government and supporting institutions, this paper puts forward a series of policy and measure suggestions in order to promote the implementation of the manufacturing enterprise technology innovation mode based on the game.
