Research On The Evaluation Of The Information System Of Large Enterprise Group

With the speedup of the global economic integration, China’s enterprise, especially large enterprise group is getting more and more participated in the international competition. Now informatization has become one of the necessary strategies in supporting the enterprise in development and competition, and the construction and application of the information system has become one indispensable part in the business and management of the enterprise, while the information system has developed from local business construction and application to large-scale integrated construction and application.In face of the new competition situation of “domestic market internationalization, and international competition interiority”, the large enterprises continuously increase investment in management informatization, make all-around construction of the information system, so as to promote coordinative development of business and management. At present, the large enterprises generally adopt group management in two-level or three-level architecture, their information systems cover approximately all fields of management, with scores of or even over one hundred information systems in use and in construction. Therefore, it is urgent for the large enterprise group to make self-diagnosis of its management information system construction and application. Then it can know well the actual information system construction and application situation, and the agreement between the information system construction and the business system construction, and find the shortage. After that, it can make progress in the subsequent information system construction, providing basis for bringing the information technology into continuous play, perfecting the business system architecture and giving support in the strategic decision-making of the informatization development to a greater extent. It can also form a new pattern of highly coordination between the enterprise development strategy and the informatization strategy and informatization construction under the control of the group, thus enhancing the fine management level and scientific control capability of the group continuously.This paper, starting from the reality and urgency of the information system construction and optimization faced by the large enterprise group, studies systematically the theories about enterprise information evaluation home and abroad, and constructs a six-dimension index system for enterprise information system evaluation based on the systematicality principle. By means of the fuzzy mathematics, it establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of the enterprise information system, and presents the general procedures for enterprise information system evaluation based on fuzzy mathematics. Finally, it makes comprehensive evaluation of the management information system of one large enterprise group, and the evaluation result can effectively reflect the construction of various systems, thus providing support for the decision-making of the subsequent general construction and integration of the information system.
