| Enterprises in the Market economy can be traded as a commodity, the performance of listed companies’ shares trading on the stock exchange market, which forms the stock value of the stock price. Thus, the key investment in listed companies is the listed company’s stock price and market value of the trend of judgment.WTO against China’s accelerate rare earth industry bottomed out, Baotou Steel transformed into a rare earth transition leading companies, the company changed the investment value, got high market attention, with research and practical urgency. Our investment in the secondary market value of listed companies research mainly use valuation models earnings, sales ratio, etc. these methods are simple but too rough, the value of listed companies cannot to be done a comprehensive and objective measure.In this paper, the main advantages and disadvantages of today’s enterprise value by analyzing the valuation model, and the economic value added model comparison, the economic value added model results more comprehensive and objective measure of corporate value conclusion. Starting from the EVA model, a comprehensive analysis of the investment value of Baotou Rare Earth Industry and shares, as well as through the company’s past performance to predict future performance four years the company obtained the last four years and the next four years of economic value added. The Economic Value Added and contrast of the past four years of enterprise value, obtained improvement in the fundamentals of the industry trends, changes in economic trends and changes in the market value of the added value of having a consistent conclusion, and economic growth through the next four years the Trend values given Baotou Steel shares held by investment advice.The innovation of this paper is to abandon the traditional valuation models earnings, book value and other valuation and positive results achieved by listed companies EVA model for future secondary market has provided new options valuation. |
