Performance management occupies an important position in the human resources management system in the company, the organizational structure design, staffing, job goals and salary management, etc. of the company are all based on the information provided from the performance management. So the strategic performance management system is vital important to improve the performance and achieve strategic goals of the company.In this paper, performance management, strategic management and human resource management are the basic theories for researching the topic of the thesis combined with the actual situation of X Real Estate Company. First, through the interview on the spot and own experiences combined with internal management information and the historical data of the performance assessment of X real estate company, analyzes the current situation and the problems about the performance assessment of X real estate company. And then, according to the strategic objectives of X real estate company, and in accordance with the principles of the balanced scorecard, decompose the general strategic objective of the company, formulate the key performance indicators of the main department and the key positions in the key sectors. Finally, explore the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance management system of X real estate company. The performance management system of X real estate company has been studied in the papers, it has great significance to carry out the new performance management system for the realization of the strategic objectives. |
