An Empirical Research On The Impact Of Enterprise Environmental Behavior On Sustainable Growth Of Enterprise Value

While the main started late in our country, the main factors are studied.Based on the above research background, the related variables regression analysis and the lag variable models through the use of literature method, empirical, corporate environmental behavior and enterprise is sustainable value growth between. Through the analysis of the data shows that: corporate environmental behavior of four variables have significant positive correlation, environmental protection equipment investment and total assets and the ratio of value growth of enterprise sustainable; sewage charges and owners’ equity ratio and negative effect on firm value; "three wastes" emissions and the total assets ratio and negative effect on firm value; there are no obvious relationship between the environmental protection incentives and enterprise value.The innovation of this paper mainly studies the content of innovation method and the innovation research:(1) The contents of research. By means of variable quantification analysis, selection and elaborate representation factors on corporate environmental behavior and enterprise value, put forward their own assumptions; test the correlation between variables, verify that the relationship between the explanatory variables and enterprise value, enterprise value and the explanatory variables and the relationship between the sustainable growth, thus draws the conclusion of this paper.(2) The method research. After the enterprise environment behavior study quantified, the convenience of our empirical value selection; enterprises comprehensive competitiveness to say, is in line with China’s basic national conditions of the circumstances, and the selection in our country stock market is not mature conditions, the more representative of our country enterprise value; using the regression analysis of the relationship between corporate environmental behavior and enterprise value, using the analysis of the relationship between the sustainable growth of enterprises environmental behavior and enterprise value of the lag variable models empirically, from static to dynamic, good to consider the time factor, the static model to a dynamic model, the static analysis to dynamic analysis.(3) The practice application. This paper empirically the relationship between the sustainable growth of enterprises environmental behavior and enterprise value and enterprise value, and put forward policy suggestions. The research results provide a good basis for the relationship between the perfect demonstration of corporate environmental behavior and enterprise value, using the comprehensive competitiveness and laid a good foundation for the future of the enterprise value measurement method when needed.
