China and Japan are the important trade partners in Asia. The good development of import and export trade of the two countries play an important role in both economy, since 1972 years the realized the normalization of diplomatic ties, As the degree of China’s reform and opening up, the import and export trade between the two countries have rapid development. However, "the diaoyu islands incident" in 2012 maked the relationship more focuced, created the ethnic tensions between the two governments and people at the same time. also brought the collapse of bilateral import and export trade. Japan’s exports to China have been impacted very much. Therefore, to study the effect of import and export trade between China and Japan to the Japanese economy, has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper is based on the elevant theories. On the first, it introduced the import and export trade between China and Japan in stages of development process, the combination of the two countries in 2014 import and export trade scale and structure of the status quo, then it further summarizes the main characteristics for the development of the import and export trade. On the second, it respectively analyzes the exchange rate fluctuations, the per capita income level, foreign direct investment, political factors and the development of regional organizations to the impact on the import and export trade between China and Japan. Through the above analysis we can see that the import and export trade between China and Japan to Japan’s nominal GDP, consumption,have important influence on China. Finally, according to the article and the influence of factors model analysis,we proposed to increase the total amount of foreign direct investment in China, Japan to strengthen political exchanges and technical cooperation, improve the regional economic organization, build new order in east Asia and so on.
