The Research Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Of Tourism Development

Tourism which is considered as “green industry” or “sunrise industry”, as well as a big relevance, strong driving industry, has been seemed as a pillar industry by more and more regions. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is rich in tourism resources, also has a superior geographical advantage. However, the tourism development of the region as s whole is not so prominent, attractiveness is weak, competitiveness is also slightly less. In today’s globalized development, personal power is far less than the collective strength. Therefore, Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provinces must cooperate with each other to achieve integrated development of tourism in the three places, then to have a foothold in the competitive tourism industry. At present, the harmonious development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has risen to a national strategy, which is undoubtedly bring a chance for the coordinated development of tourism in the three places and realize integration at last.In this paper, by integrating theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the combination of econometrics and game science research methods, analyzes the development of tourism integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Through theoretical and empirical analysis, regional transportation, regional spatial structure and local governments are the main factors influencing the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism integration. The cointegration test is used to analyze the regional transportation in the empirical analysis, it is concluded that regional transportation plays a strong role in promoting development of tourism; In using the coefficient of variation, the degree of economic ties and economic membership in the empirical analysis on regional spatial structure, it comes to that the three areas of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei tourist resources are abundant whose complementarity is very strong, 13 cities in the region are now "dual-core" driving mode, but the radiation ability of Beijing and tianjin to the surrounding areas is limited; In the game after an analysis of local government, the Government is an important force in promoting the development of regional tourism cooperation, the Government as a "rational agents", play a role in facilitating the development of the basic premise is to solve the question of benefit-sharing between the three Governments.
