As one of China’s economic development of the troika, the role of foreign trade in China’s national economic development in the increasingly prominent of economic globalization has highly developed today, the dependence between countries is increasing, However,it is no longer simply the pursuit of foreign trade exports, but more quality in the expression of the aspirations of this appeal in the international trade of textile and apparel products, which is all the more urgent. This requires us to continue improving the international market forces, exports of textile and garment products, and market forces is a seller’s price bonus capability that can only occur under conditions of imperfect competition in trade. Market forces have two forms such us the seller monopoly power(monopoly power) and monopsony power(monopsony power).This Thesis collected annual data from 2000 to 2013,and the subjects chose the H61 and H62 two kinds of garment exports in the most representative, the data model uses modified to measure nearly 14 years, China’s textile and garment industry in the EU market forces in the market, drawn by the regression model analysis of the textile and garment industry has some market power in the EU market, but the last 10 years basically in a rising period, Which is a positive factor in China’s textile and garment exports.Based on the above analysis, the article attempts to identify several factors more critical of China’s textile and garment exports to determine their impact on the market power of the heavy right through factor analysis and entropy method, by analyzing its source as well as the contribution of each factor, there is still a big defect that exports accounted for the largest amount of weight, it is extremely unreasonable. The last article on the results of the regression model are summarized, and according to market forces, the classic paradigm SCP theory put forward some textile and apparel products to improve our market forces comments and suggestions.
