Managers′ ethical leadership style not only can impact the ethical culture environment within the organization and production activities directly, but also can affect the employees’ organizational behavior indirectly. The employee’s organizational behavior can be divided into two categories: organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive behavior. Either organizational citizenship behavior or counterproductive behavior, can have positive or negative effects on the organizational environment and performance. Researches on organizational citizenship behavior have began earlier compared with counterproductive behavior, so researches about it are more mature. However, researches on the counterproductive behavior remain to be digging, so this article focus on ethical leadership style and counterproductive behavior, introducing perception of organizational politics as mediation variable and political skills as moderator variable.First of all, Basing on literature review about ethical leadership style, perception of organizational politics, political skills and counterproductive behavior, we put forward the following six hypotheses: A,ethical leadership style is negatively related with counterproductive behavior, B,ethical leadership style is negatively related with perception of organizational politics, C, perception of organizational politics is positively related with counterproductive behavior,D, perception of organizational politics plays as a mediator between ethical leadership style and counterproductive behavior positive correlation between the intermediary role, E,political skills plays as a moderator between perception of organizational politics and counterproductive behavior, the higher the political skills, the weaker the positive correlation,F, political skills plays as a moderator between ethical leadership style and counterproductive behavior, the higher the political skills, the stronger the negative correlation. Secondly, using the two statistical analysis software SPSS and Amos to analyse 208 valid samples from varieties of industry. Finally, through these process: the reliability analysis, validity analysis, variable correlation analysis and hypothesis testing, we conclude that hypothesis A, hypothesis B,hypothesis C, hypothesis D and hypothesis F are validated.Given the relative scarcity of researches on counterproductive behavior in the domestic environment, this paper has theory reference significance for researches about the mechanism of counterproductive behavior to a certain extent, has a practical significance for inhibiting the counterproductive behavior to a certain extent. It clearly points the positive and negative impact between ethical leadership style, perception of organizational politics, political skills between counterproductive behavior.At the end of the article, the research are summarized and discussed, pointing out the shortages existing in the research and development direction in the future.
