The Countermeasures Research On The Development Of Xuzhou’s Modern Service Industry

The modern service industry is highly developed product of industrialization and agriculture,relying on modern information network technology, based on a new service mode, business mode and management methods.It includes basic services,production and marketing services, personal consumption services, public service,etc.Service industry is an important characteristic of the modern economy and one of the most important aspects of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure as well as transformation of the pattern of economic development.The development of modern service industry is the necessary premise and foundation to accelerate the process of urbanization and the construction of a harmonious society, to promote the internationalization. If Xuzhou wants to achieve sustainable economic development, it must try our best to promote upgrading of the industrial structure. Xuzhou in the mid and late industrialization,so it not only needs to develop the advanced manufacturing industry,but also needs services and related modern service industry,which will reduce the economic operation costs, enhance the competitiveness of industries. After analyzing the present situation of Xuzhou and clarifying related concepts and theories about modern service industry, we found that Xuzhou’s current practices and policies of modern service industry are inadequate. And we learn from the United States,Britain, Japan and clarify that we need to change the pattern of government management,and encourage the government policy innovation; to speed up the talent introduction, constructing the system of multi-level talent; to adjust the optimization development mechanism and construct new pattern of service industry development.Only by undergoing these steps, can we improve regional industry competitiveness as well as regional competitiveness and promote coordinated and stable development of Xuzhou.
