Today, the social development entered in the era of knowledge economy, while also in the high market competition and the doldrums of economic development. Employees face more and more hard pressure, their competitiveness in the workplace is also facing a severe test. As an individual unique resources,Self-perceived employability can control and influence the relationships between surrounding environment and personal, to a certain extent, can help employees maintain their competitiveness.In this study, from the perspective of person-organization fit, it explores the effect of self-perceived employability on outcome variables including job performance, turnover intent, job insecurity, emotional burnout. through 482 investigated employees,then put forward hypotheses, then set up theoretical model, then conducted hierarchical regression analysis on sample data by using the SPSS.the following conclusions:(1) The discrepancy in demographical and organizational variablesSelf-perceived external employability is significantly different on length of service, unit type, nature of work; Self-perceived internal employability is significantly different on gender, job type; Person-organization fit exist significant differences on the nature of work.(2) Effect of self-perceived employability on outcome variablesSelf-perceived external employability has a significant positive effect on job performance, on turnover intention, on job insecurity, on the emotional burnout.Self-perceived internal employability has a significant positive impact on job performance, has a significant negative impact on job insecurity and turnover intention.(3) The effects of Person- organization Fit on outcome variablesPerson- organization Fit has a significant negative impact on turnover intention.(4) The regulatory role of Person-organization fit on the relationship between self-perception employability and outcome variablesPerson-organization Fit regulates the relationship between self-perceived external employability and job performance, turnover intention, job insecurity. it means that under the conditions of high person-organization fit, the positive effect of self-perceived external employability on job performance, turnover intentions,job insecurity, emotional burnout would be weakened.Finally, the paper also proposes the corresponding management advice, as well as innovation of this study, limitations and prospects...
