In 2009,facing the global financial crisis leading to serious difficulties, under this kind of background, The policy of motorcycle’s xiaxiang is Chinese government to cope with the international financial crisis and the measures taken to one of.This policy provides 13% rebate,the highest amount of subsidies for 650 yuan, on motorcycle brand designated by the government. We use panel data from2007 to 2012 and apply difference-in-difference method to find that the policy of motorcycle’s xiaxiang has an influence on the sales growth in different enterprise. The results show that the increase of sales of motorcycle enterprises with lower price,small scale and low export proportions larger than that with higher price. It implies that the rural residents prefer the products with lower price which meet their basic demand. It can make up for the domestic scholars on the issue, to a certain extent some empirical analysis of the shortcomings. These small enterprises cannot ignore the innovation. These small enterprises with a low price in order to gain sales,whose strategy is short-sighted, contains a huge crisis in post-subsidizing period,is not conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.
