Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Planning Decision Support System Based On Cloud Computing

21st century is not only the era of information technology, requiring enterprises to pay attention to informationization management and intelligent management, but also the era of knowledge economy which focus on talents. On the one hand, enterprises have to carried out the traditional human resource management and recruit more talents. On the other hand, enterprises need to extract useful information from the vast amounts of data so that can get advantages in the market competition.This article introduced the current researches and applications of human resource planning, as well as the concepts of cloud computing, decision support systems, etc., and discussed the possibility of combining these computer technologies with human resource planning. In addition, the article also analyze the related methods and models of human resource planning, such as the simple method, probabilistic inference method, trend extrapolation, queuing theory, Markov models, and so on.What’s more, the research studied the needs analysis, system construction, functional and code design of human resource planning system and finally completed the system development. In order to verify the feasibility and reliability of the system, the researchers tested the system in the enterprise.
