Research On Performance Of Financial-industrial Combination And Management Model About Central Enterprises

The development of enterprise group at home and abroad indicated that, industry and finance combination is not only a successful mode of development and growth about enterprise group, but also an indispensable economic forms in the course of economic development all over the world. Understanding the anfractuous economic environment at home and abroad, central enterprises should consult the industry and finance combination experience existent and think deeply of the management model about themselves, so that can achieve the aim of stronger and better about central enterprise.Firstly, this paper expatiated the research background, intention, meaning about this paper, cleaned up the basic concept and operation performance of industry and finance combination. Secondly, basing on the academic analyse about drive and operation performance, this paper designed index systems about degree of industry and finance combination and operation performance, constructed multiple linear regression model on relativity about degree of industry and finance combination and operation performance, an empirical study was done in this part. Thirdly, basing on the management model about industry and finance combination of GE, this paper expatiated the revelation of GE’s experience, constructed management model framework of central enterprises’ industry and finance combination.
