Research On Cargo Process Evaluation Of T Company

Many scholars put their efforts into the business process study and made remarkable achievements in it. The research entered into a new period when the theory of process management has been put forward. Process management is a circle of reperition, which including recognition, establish, operation and optimization. This paper evaluates the process with a view to the recognition which not so many research on.The paper teases out the research status in process evaluation at the first section, it can be found that the studies tend to evaluate whether the global operation effect is consistent with the goal which established the index system of the process as a whole. But business processes is not static, the goal will change with the growing of the company. When the result doesn’t meet the standards, the key point of problem couldn’t be find out. For this imperfect, the paper focuses on process internal to find the control points and establish a loop to continuous improve the procedure.The paper analyzed the cargo process of T Inc., put forward process evaluation index system of T Inc. which been established by critical control points of three sub-process determined by the concept and principle. The evaluated comprehensively the process by GEM, GCE and FCE. According to the results, it can be found that T Inc. need to keep the existing strengths and improve the systems, which done well in the communication, at the same time, ensure process operated smoothly and effectively by add checkpoints and error proofing measures and strengthen supervision, which had low score in the operation and supervision.In this paper, the evaluation system and the combination evaluation method which established from T’s cargo business process will improve and promote the theory of process evaluation. On the other hand, it provide a reference model for the express companies cargo process the evaluation.
