Equity incentive system is corporate enterprises in today’s society, a coordination mechanism to improve the efficiency benefits and more widely implemented, the effect has been proved by practice. China’s implementation of this system since 2005,once fast in the domestic listed companies.CIRC issued at the end of 2008 “on matters relating to the insurance company’s senior management staff in 2008,such as payroll,” which stopped the China Life Insurance Company,China Reinsurance Company Limited,China People’s Insurance Corporation,China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation and Hong Kong China Insurance Co.,five state-owned insurance company equity incentives, and clearly on the remuneration of senior executives of insurance companies made restrictions. After that, just above several companies, and many other companies have terminated the equity incentive plan. At present, China’s listed companies, still insist on the implementation of equity incentive system of only a few companies. So in our country, listed companies in the insurance industry, is able, should the implementation of equity incethe method of empirical research on this issue has been studied.China’s economy is in a transition period and institutional reform, after the implementation of equity incentive system,due to different situation,resulting in a number of different effects and influence,which also led to the theory of the role of equity incentive mixed.Conclusion Based on existing research,based on company performance rebuild financial evaluation on the use of principal component analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis,selection of samples equity incentive and corporate performance of listed companies and operating conditions empirical research to improve and optimize the relationship between. Through a series of empirical analysis ultimately concluded: a Chinese listed company equity incentive and corporate performance showed a positive correlation between the increase in the proportion of employee-owned company that can improve businessperformance. Two,the equity of listed companies incentives exist “range effect”,when the proportion of employee-owned company’s management at different intervals, there is a big difference between the equity incentive impact on firm performance.Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis,combined with related systems and management experience of Western countries, equity incentives, comments and suggestions to further optimize our equity incentive system.
