With the development of economy, small loan company’s micro credit business has become one of the important channels for small and medium enterprises, urban and rural residents, individual industrial and commercial households and other financing, and also become an indispensable intermediate force in promoting economic development. However, small loan companies in China started late, small Credit Company of small credit business management level is not high, there is a narrow range of financing channels, product categories and low, low level of business management and management problems. This problem has become a major bottleneck in the development of small Credit Company.This paper takes Liaoning A company as the research object, studies the current situation of the small credit management of Liaoning A company, and puts forward the management strategy of micro credit business. The research of this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction part, introduces the research background, the research significance, the research status quo of the domestic and foreign small credit management, the research content of this paper is introduced, and the research method, the second part is the theoretical basis, first of all, the definition of micro credit, and the characteristics of micro credit. Then introduced the theory basis of the paper, the operation management theory, the imperfect competition theory and micro finance theory; the third part mainly analyzes the present situation of Liaoning A company’s micro credit business management, first introduced the general situation of Liaoning A company, the company’s organization, and the company’s micro credit, micro credit products, micro credit business management and micro credit product management strategy and so on. At the same time, there are some problems in the small credit business management of Liaoning A company. The main problems are: the financing channel is narrow, the product type is small and theamount is low, the management level is low, the daily operation is not standardized,the internal control system is not perfect, the quality of the staff needs to be improved.The fourth part of the Liaoning A company’s micro credit business management program, the part of the Liaoning A company’s small credit business management program, combined with the actual situation of Liaoning A company, to develop effective management plan, clear management objectives, management objectives,improve the management process, specific programs include: expanding financing sources, strengthening the micro credit product development, improve the micro credit business process, improve the overall quality of small credit business, the implementation of micro credit business performance management, etc.. The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper, the content of this paper is summarized, and the future research work is put forward.In this paper, the research on the management strategy of small credit business in Liaoning A company is a research topic, which is the key point to find out the key point of the problem, and put forward the strategy of the development of the micro credit business of Liaoning A company to promote the sustainable development of Liaoning A company. At the same time, the research results of this paper may provide reference and reference for other same type of small Credit Company.
