The rapid development of China’s e-commerce and the Internet economy makes the current third-party payment industry has shown intense and diverse competition, In order to obtains a sustainable competitive advantage in the payment products and services, YeePay Ltd. should increase ehomogenization of competitive environment, We need to select and execute effective competitive strategy.In this paper, the basic competitive strategy is based on Blue Ocean Strategy and business ecosystem theory of value and the theory of third-party payment, then we sort out and research on YeePay’s internal and external competitive environment analysis, and find that the company does not apply YeePay costs through leadership and centralized competitive strategy, and we should take differentiation competitive strategy conclusions.YEEPAY company should implement the following three areas of competitive differentiation strategy: First, give a professional image payment service providers to consumers; second, build differentiated system of payment products in business, differentiated products and mobile payment platform in Android and fourth party; and third, the establishment of five customer segmentation service system, and customer service quality and innovation in terms of service means.In order to ensure the effective implementation of YeePay company competitive differentiation strategy, we should take the following safeguards:First, people will be tolerant of things demanding enterprise culture upgraded to pursue innovation and efficiency as the core enterprise culture; second, the original cause decentralized organizational structure into a flat section made of linear functional organizational structure; and third, through the integration of YEEPAY company functional organization and internal resources, skilled manpower and customers, build value chain interoperability information technology platform; Fourth, through the integration of human resources, building a professional talent that payment service providers...
