However, in the process of attracting Taiwanese, the Liaoning province around the difference is obvious, advantage is uneven, there are many ills, soft environment construction is all of Taiwan businessmen to invest in Liaoning in the enthusiasm, so, want to change this situation, present a clear status of Taiwan investment in the province of Liaoning and soft environment situation is particularly important.First of all, on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature, this paper combed the research status quo of investment soft environment, the design of questionnaire and interview outline, respectively for Taiwan-funded enterprises in Liaoning province and Taiwan affairs personnel at each level has carried on the investigation and interviews, through the investigation and statistical analysis to Liaoning Taiwan investment status and soft environment conditions have a relatively clear understanding.Secondly, through the analysis found that the Taiwanese investment is increasing year by year in Liaoning province; Taiwanese majority concentrated in Dalian and Shenyang, and set up a file and other regions, but with the coastal areas of investment saturated, Taiwanese investment gradually transferred to the mainland; In addition, Taiwan-funded enterprises in one, the tertiary industry accounted for is low, the scale is low, and high-tech content remains low. Liaoning province investment weak environment is much better than investment soft environment, the natural geographical environment, infrastructure environment and public goods supply, etc. At a high level, and social and cultural environment is relatively weak, the concept of soft environment construction, lack of innovation and investment management institution accrual is not clear.Again, in view of the above problems, the author also puts forward some countermeasures to improve the soft environment of Taiwan investment advice.
