In the era of rapid growth of economy and technology, talents are relatively scarce. The competition of company has already transferred to competition of talents. Online-recruiting, as a new recruiting model, can avail company in the competition of hiring talents. To date, Based on the fact that Internet is the low-cost, high-efficiency and flexible-operation way to hire talents. Online-recruiting has become one of the most competitive recruitment. Nowadays, Online-recruiting page which was designed on company’s web portals has been one of the advantageous way to the organizational development and human resource management, which helps attract suitable and potential candidates.Even though there were plentiful literature on company recruitment and job intention, in the online-recruiting atmosphere, the study about how company web-page influences candidates’ intention is very rare. The objective of the study is to discuss whether company recruiting web page influences candidates’ job intention. Furthermore, in the process, user experience which is also candidates’ perception on web page whether exerts medium effect. The data is collected by questionnaire survey from 150 companies and 750 candidates.Conclusions of the Survey as below:(1) The positive influence of recruiting web-page design (web-page attraction and web-page information structure) is exerted on candidates when they scan company website.(2) The positive influence of recruiting web-page design exerts on user experience.(candidates’ perception on webpage’s use of ease,usefulness and playfulness)(3) User experience is positively related to candidates’ intention when they scan company website.(4) The partial dimension of user experience has medium effect on candidates through web-page design.
