In recent years, with the rise of the Internet +, industry 4, more and.more enterprises have embarked on the path of creating and innovation, the traditional enterprises with excess production capacity are faced with the transformation, the Internet companies entering the bottleneck are faced with innovation, creating has become a driving force for the development of all enterprises, and the power source is that employees are engaged in creative process. As a kind of non-cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence has been proved to be an important factor to promote individual success. In the work, it is necessary to improve management performance, leadership effectiveness and job performance. In recent years, the role of emotional intelligence to enhance employee creativity is gradually being excavated, but more is reserved to be studied.The relationship between emotion and identity has been confirmed:by the relevant scholars (Ji Ling,2011). As a kind of positive identity construction, the insider status is a new breakthrough in the study of employee-organization relationship. And in Chinese transitional economy background, frequent occurrence of layoffs, dismissal phenomenon also allow the management to focus on how to improve employees "sense of security" and "sense of belonging" (Yin Jun,2012).Social exchange theory is an important perspective to study employee creative process engagement, the supports of organization and leader could improve employees psychological self-affirmation, such as psychological empowerment (Zhang&Bartol,2010), self-efficiency (Tiernry,2004), and then generate more organizational citizenship behavior, this perspective is that the external environment influence employee behavior,which ignores the initiative and self-motivation of employees. Based on this, this paper is dedicated to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and creative process, and introduce the internal identity cognition as an mediated variable, and explore the mechanism of the interaction between the three. In theory, it can provide a new perspective for the study of creative theory, and also provide some reference for the development and cultivation of enterprise talents.In the first part, the paper summarizes the research status of key variables such as emotional intelligence, perceived insider status and creative process engagement, and the logical relationship between the variables. In the second part, this paper constructs the theoretical model of emotional intelligence, perceived insider status and creative process engagement, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis of this paper. In the third part, we collect the relevant mature scale, and then design the questionnaire according to the research object of this paper and make sure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. In the fourth part, through the empirical analysis, the influence of different dimensions of emotional intelligence on the identity cognition and creative process engagement is discussed. In the fifth part, the conclusions of this study are discussed, and the limitations of this study and the implications of the study are presented.Analyze the data using statistical analysis software SPSS 19.0 to, the conclusions are as follows:(1) The relationship between emotional intelligence and creative process engagement is positive, the use of emotion and regulation of emotion have a positive role in promoting creative process engagement, and the relationship of self-emotions appraisal/other’s emotional appraisal and creative process engagement are not significant.(2) Emotional intelligence and perceived insider status is positively related, self-emotion appraisal, emotional regulation and emotional use positively promote perceived insider status, while others’emotion appraisal not.(3) The perceived insider status and creative process engagement are positively related(4)The perceived insider status play a partially mediating role in emotional intelligence and creative process engagement, also in emotional regulation/emotional use and creative process engagementThe innovation of this paper is to study the mechanism of the emotional intelligence and creative process engagement, and to expand the empirical research of the emotional intelligence and creative process engagement. Perceived insider status as a medium variable, it is confirmed that the psychological ability of the employee can change the perception of outsider environment, and it can explain the function mechanism of emotional intelligence.
