In recent years, with the acceleration of interest rate market and the development of Internet banking, banks are facing a greater cost of interest income, banks are facing a greater challenge, and domestic commercial banks non-interest income in the whole business income is small, this paper is to face the challenge of interest income, non interest income business can become a new profit growth point, that is, the bank’s non-interest income and bank performance is a positive correlation. This paper firstly describes the background of the study of the non-interest income of the bank, the interest rate market and the rapid development of Internet banking, and explain the necessity of developing non-interest income in the present situation. This paper is divided into three aspects:non-interest income and bank performance are positive correlation, non-interest income and bank performance are negative correlation between non-interest income and non-interest income on bank performance.
