With the mature of global economic integration, the enterprises pay more and more attention to the team spirit and the establishment of community consciousness. They achieve rapid response for the market demand and improve the work efficiency through resource integration to the team. In the project which the cross-cultural R&D team is responsible for, development cycles of new product are required to continuously shortened, the role of the R&D team is increasingly prominent. Multinational companies met more and more problems when they do the management of a team in a cross-cultural environment. In the study of cross-cultural R&D project team, the coordination mechanism to project conflict resolution is a hotspot of many scholars attention, because good coordination mechanism is not only important factors in high efficiency project team, but also the key to get the success of product R&D.This article aim to do the research of the cross-cultural R&D project team, especially considering structure in China and Israel cross-cultural R&D team. The first chapter mainly expounded the research background, research significance, research framework, research methods and innovation points etc. In the second chapter, carefully describe the related theoretical achievements and the latest developments in research of the cross-cultural R&D team coordination mechanism first, and then analyze the advantages and disadvantages and the cause of the conflict of cross-cultural team and how to coordinate the conflicts in the cross-cultural R&D team. In the third chapter, according to the case of M company, carefully analyze the team characteristics in China and Israel cross-cultural R&D team in three stages of development in the company. Then in the fourth and fifth chapters, concentrates on the case study, combined with the difference of individual character style between Chinese and Israel researchers, deeply discuss the problems appeared in the coordinate process that the cross-cultural research team faced before. Finally, the problems in research and development team to coordinate the discussion, from the team overall coordination mechanism, to the cross cultural research and development team in the three aspects of the mechanism of coordination and construction are comprehensively described and in-depth research, namely, M company management for the coordination of R&D team, R&D team of project management in coordination and the coordination between the research and development personnel and with the R&D team problem solving in the work of M company provides the concrete solution. Three aspects of research and development team in coordination with the commonness of cross-cultural research and development team, it is also applicable to other intercultural team coordination mechanism, and for cross-cultural research and development team to design the build framework of the coordination mechanism. Framework design will provide data reference for the real multinational R&D team, and also can contribute to improve our team cooperation ability.
