The urban-rural dual structure lead to seriously disconnect between urban and rural development in China, forming the prominent contradictions in China’s economic structure. In order to realize the good interaction of urban and rural economy, the 16th cpc national congress first proposed the strategic policy of coordinating urban and rural economic and social development, and the 18th cpc national congress put forward to promote the integration of urban and rural development at the conclusion of the ten years based on the experience of urban and rural development. But the depth of urban and rural integration will inevitably require to build a new pattern of rural land intensive using, urban and rural economy agglomerate developing, and the rural population concentrate living, this will cause the flow of land property right. In order to ensure the orderly and efficient flow of land and to protect farmers’ interests, our country put forward the right to land contractual management stock incentive, allow farmers to develop the industrialization of agriculture as share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises, farmer cooperatives, and so on. This way makes the right to land contractual management for quantification of equity as the basis of dividends, that farmers can still enjoy the property rights of contracted land in the case of leaving the land. Agricultural enterprises are different from other cooperation organizations in the nature of the operation and pattern, they have higher profit ability, stronger capability of factor input, stronger technical control and demonstration ability, and better management system. The advantage of agricultural enterprises is bound to make the land transfer mode that share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises different from traditional and inefficient transfer mode, and it can realize the large-scale circulation of the right to land contractual management. But the pattern that share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises is still at the immature stage, there are some problems in the implementation process to be resolved. Fully respect farmers’ wishes is a necessary prerequisite for the smooth development of sharing the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises as farmers are one of the important subjects. In order to promote the healthy development of sharing the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises, this paper will discuss the problems existing in the process of implementing share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises and the key factors influencing the willingness of farmers from the angle of subjective willingness of farmers, and put forward the related proposal.This paper references to the related research about factors affecting the circulation of the right to land contractual management and the willingness of sharing the right to land contractual management of farmer cooperatives. It will analysis the behavior intention of farmers sharing the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprise in Chongzhou by way of questionnaire investigation from five aspects:farmers’own factors, social system, attitude towards the behavior of farmers, subjective norms of farmers, perceived behavioral control of farmers, then setting up the structural equation mode to make the survey information quantification, to analysis the significant factors affecting the willingness of farmers share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprise. Based on the results of the study, it will discuss the problems existing in the process of implementing share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises, and put forward the corresponding policies and suggestions. The main conclusions of this research are as follows:(1) The popularity of sharing the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises is not high in Chongzhou, but in recent years, the second industry and the service sector in Chongzhou have achieved rapid development, and relying on the functioning economy in Chengdu, non-agricultural income has become the main source of income of a peasant family. This provides a good external economic environment to promotion of sharing the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises.(2) Based on investigation, this paper found that household character has significant direct effects on intention of farmers’behavior, but the basic characteristics of the householder only has associated effects on intention of farmers’ behavior through the correlation with household character. There is a significant positive correlation between the farmers’ attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm, farmers’perceived behavioral control and the intention of farmers’ behavior, but the first two have stronger significant.(3) Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper argues that the willingness of farmers should be fully respected in the process of advancing share the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises, the government should do a good job in training, guiding and popularization to improve the literacy level and cognitive level of farmers. To implement the contents of the contract, ensure the effectiveness of the contract, protect farmers’ interests will not be harmed. Develop non-agricultural industries vigorously to have the effective transfer of rural surplus labor force. Perfect the intermediary organizations and rural social security system, to provide a good external condition for sharing the right to land contractual management of agricultural enterprises.
