The Subordination Business Model is a kind of special business model which is widely existed in many industries. It has relatively connections with business models and business concepts such as the Contract Operation Business Model, the Franchising Business Model, the Chain Operation Business Model, the Business Brand Building and the Business Corporate Entrepreneurship. In the Tourism Industry of our Nation which is developing is a high speed, the Subordination Operation Model is becoming an extremely normal phenomena. It brings a lot of issues to the Industry such as vicious competition, decline of product and service qualities, difficult to operate and manage. However, the former researches in this field are not adequate and comprehensive enough to research and analysis the Subordination Business Model.This thesis will mainly focus on the Subordination Business Model in Tourism Industry. The main research method is Qualitative Research and this thesis mainly researched the Subordination Business Model and its features. After the interview surveys to 17 persons who actually working in the Tourism Industry and has or had direct or indirect relationships with the Subordination Business Model, we first compared the interview surveys results and the former research results and theories of this field again and again, and then did analysis and Qualitative Research to the Subordination Business Model, and finally got some deeper research results and further knowledge on the concept, the partition, the reason, the results (include the effects, advantages and disadvantages to all sides of the Tourism Industry) and the development trends in the future of the Subordination Business Model in Tourism Industry.The results and efforts of this thesis have theoretically and practically values and significances. Firstly, this thesis has reference values and significances to the related academic research field of both the Tourism Industry and the Operation and Business Model of the Tourism Industry and could help them to have a further realization to the Subordination Business Model and the Industry; Secondly, this thesis also has some reference values and significances to the other industries which also exist the Subordination Business Model and could help them to improve and develop themselves in a more reasonable way.
