A Study Of The Impact Of Appreciating Pressure On RMB To Industry Financial Performance

In recent years, the continued appreciation of the RMB brings unprecedented challenges to China’s enterprises, and a tremendous impact on China’s import and export enterprises. Based on results of exchange rate fluctuation and the corresponding impact of import and export mechanism in recent years, this paper mainly focus on the opportunities and challenges brought to import and export industry. From auto industrial prospective, this paper using statistical approach to detailed analyze the financial performance of the car’s import and export enterprises during RMB exchange rate fluctuation. From statistical result, a evidently relationship between auto import&export industry financial benefit and RMB exchange rate is presented. We can have an empirical relationship between China’s Import and export industry and RMB revaluation by the statistical analysis of data.It finds some strategies by further analyzing the influence on the performance of business finance resulted from the up-valuation of RMB. The essay analyzes the problem not only from the macroscopic strategies such as the structure of assets and liabilities, accounting currency options, the management of concerning foreign economic affairs and so on, but also researching the management of the method of hedge, replying the negative influence taken by the appreciate of RMB by opinion and futures. It benefit to control the risk taken by the change of rate, and it will maintains companies’development with sound and speed. At the same time, improving the tax preference policy, promoting the upgrade of industry and developing the role of government’ s resource allocation, insisting connection with international management, promoting the companies’performance constantly. These way will be helpful in relieving the influence of appreciation of RMB.It will benefit to understand the native economic condition by the studying of appreciation of the RMB. What’s more, the native import and export corporations should put some strategies for replying the positive influence and challenge that taken by the appreciation of the RMB. We should efficient use of positive influence and take efficient strategies for a series of challenges. It will have important significance for enhancing market competitiveness, improving the financial performance and promoting sustainable development.
