With the rapid development of China’s life insurance industry in China insurance sales staff also entered into a rapid development period. But the development of China’s life insurance industry more than 20 years history data shows that: the life insurance company sales staff has other industries can’t imagine the liquidity, accompanied by dramatic expansion of Chinese insurance sales professionals at the same time, have a high staff turnover rate, low rate of retained the strange phenomenon. China’s insurance industry association released for the first time the insurance marketing staff status quo survey report shows that from 2011 to 2013, just three years, our country has 5. 08 million people join insurance sales professionals, but at the same time, 5. 02 million people have left the industry average loss more than 1. 67 million people a year, especially life insurance company, only mobile human total human nearly 60% in 2013. Insurance sales staff turnover rate is high, the retention rate of the problem of low in a series of negative influence, serious damage to the healthy development of insurance industry in our country.
