Research On The Patent Evaluation Improvement Of LF Company Under The Background Of M&A

With the booming development of social economy, assets evaluation, as an important part of enterprise’merger,acquisition and reorganization, is all the more be taken seriously.In modern society.Patent technology assessment, as a very important evaluation field, has developed into an indispensable part in modern society. Whether it is the overall evaluation of the enterprise, or a separate assessment, the value of the patent technology assessment for the smooth progress of the transaction has a significant meaning. With the advent of the information age, simple mechanical equipment has been unable to meet the production needs of the diverse, advancing with the times, with the increasing of the degree of automation, a variety of electronic, communication and electrical automation instrumentation and other high-tech equipment increasingly bearing the more patent technology. Applied to the machine equipment, the patent technology assessment also increased. The intangible assets involved in this article are the technical patents attached to a communication device.Through the analysis of the selected evaluation case, this thesis firstly stated the traditional method to evaluate the process of patent value, then focuses on an improved evaluation method, i.e., according to the real option theory to evaluate the value of patents detailed steps. Among them, in the improved scheme to binary tree model of assessment case, expounds the option value influence index evaluation system to establish and the determination of earnings volatility. Finally will compare these two evaluation, and states the special superiority of the improvement program,in order to provide a reference basis for future patent valuation.
