Research On Risk Management Based On C Bank Software Project

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, commercial bank software system has gradually become one of the core competencies of banking enterprises. Nowadays we are facing frequent technology updates, user requirements increase and high complexity of the project. It is necessary to maintain effective risk management so as to cope with the project needs of banking software in security, reliability and timeliness. Meanwhile, it reliably guarantees project implementation.Based on the project risk management theory, we make risk management research on C Bank Credit Risk Management System project. First of all, we identify risk items and analyze risk from technology, requirement, human resource, quality and management. Also we make use of AHP level analysis method, matrix analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis to quantitatively analyze the above five risk items. The high risks are requirement risk, quality risk and management risk. Then we study risk control strategy from requirement, quality and management, at the same time we also come out some detailed solutions for risks. Finally we state project result and make summary of project. It also provides a reference of successful information technology project implementation for the domestic banking enterprise.
