Distribution channel is the link between manufacture and market, it has a very important role for the production-oriented enterprises. If you can not effectively deal with the problem between channels and manufacturers, the survival and development of the company will face a huge threat. At different stages of business development, channel should also be appropriate to make adjustments. RW companies have entered China for 25 years, after 25 years of development, the company has established a relatively stable channel distribution system, but with the constant introduction of new products, whether the original channels suitable for the development of new products or not becomes particularly important.Firstly, I analyze the status of existing channel status for low-voltage products. Design questionnaire to do the survey and collect all the feedback; also do the interview with internal staff and distributors to find the problem for domestic low-voltage product line.The result of interview show that the company and channels have different goals, different understanding of reality and different identification for their respective fields. All those shows that there is a conflict between manufacture and channel members.The significance of this paper is that you can find the specific reasons why RW domestic low-voltage product line can not develop well, and can propose specific solution for the problem. At the same time, also can provide reference to the company which has the similar problem.
