A Study On The Social Responsibility Of Coal Enterprises In Shanxi

Corporate social responsibility is more and more important in the process of enterprise development. As a kind of competitive advantage, the research on corporate social responsibility has become a trend. Academia for the enterprise should bear the social responsibility of this issue is no longer discussed, for the enterprise who is responsible for and bear the social responsibility of the research has become a hot issue in the theoretical research. High risk on the basis of the coal enterprise operating environment, the coal enterprise has the responsibility to ensure the safety in production,based on the coal enterprises mining the damage to the external environment in the process, the coal enterprises with the management responsibility to the natural environment.First of all, this paper on corporate social responsibility, stakeholder, sustainable development and circular economy theory as the foundation, to the present situation of coal resources in Shanxi Province, structure, layout, production process, and so on analysis, pointed out a series of problems existing in the current coal enterprises in Shanxi Province, main performance: a serious waste of resources, damage to the environment is serious, low levels of safe production and labor capital contradiction prominent, and analyzes the reason from three aspects of enterprise, government and society. Secondly, with the guidance of Carol’s theory of four social responsibility, this study put forward three indicators of economic responsibility, resource responsibility and moral responsibility, and put forward a new perspective on the study of social responsibility. Taking the coal enterprises in Shanxi Province as the main body, with the focus on the economic responsibility, the resource responsibility object, put forward the optimization of coal enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility of the technical path.Among them, economic responsibility to optimal economic theory as a guide, to coal recovery rate as the foothold, the implementation of social responsibility to its shareholders and creditors; responsibility for resource to resource efficiency model based on by within a certain period of time will be coal enterprises every year the net effect of Yidu conversion to present value comparison, based on coal enterprises are expected in the future to find maximum net present value of coal mining method, realize the utilization efficiency of coal resources. Furthermore, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of coal enterprise social responsibility based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and carries on the empirical analysis with the example of Xishan Coal and electricity group in Shanxi province. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of enterprises,government and society in the face of Shanxi coal enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
