With the deepening of market economy, the market situation of the coal enterprise is increasing. The coal industry not only influence on the life of people more and more bigger, but also play an important role in the development of the national economy. However, due to the characteristics of the coal industry itself and the inherent defect of traditional development mode, it makes the coal industry have influence on the environment at the same time of the development, such as resource waste and environmental pollution. These problems make the coal enterprises think seriously about the future of business development. Performance evaluation is the important tool of enterprise management, the performance not only reflect the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also provide important basis for enterprise operation. Therefore, the performance evaluation management of coal enterprise, and to make the enterprise onto the road of sustainable development, has very important meaning to the coal enterprise, and how to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation model is the chief problem of enterprise performance evaluation.With the problem of resources and environment increasingly prominent, the green management slowly become a hot topic. It will inevitably gives the company a new life and vigor that integrated the theory of green concept into the practice of coal enterprises.Not only do the enterprise provide the new contents and methods for the traditional performance evaluation system,but also lead the enterprise to develop more scientific and healthy, under the premise of the green strategy of development, the environment of coal enterprise performance evaluation is changed, we need to consider not only the enterprise’s economic benefit, but also the social and ecological benefits of the enterprise to evaluate enterprise performance, At the same time, we should balance the interests of the owner and other stakeholders. Coal enterprises must change the original Angle and train of thought. We should integrate the green concept into each link of the production and operation and spread it to everyone who related to the enterprise, including customers, employees, suppliers, etc. Enterprises should, under the premise of no harmful effect on the environment and other organizations, regard the implementation of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit and win-win as the ultimate goal from the perspective of multiple stakeholders, for carrying out the production and operation of the green and green management.According to the current market economy environment, this paper expounded the necessity and significance of performance evaluation of coal enterprise based on the green management, and explain the green management and performance evaluation. Then it proposed the concept of index evaluation system and construction principle of enterprise performance evaluation based on the green management according to the coal enterprise current performance evaluation system.According to the principle, I construct the new index evaluation system and evaluation model. This paper also introduces some methods of modern enterprise performance evaluation, and has carried on the comparison on the basis of these methods.Then I chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the performance of the coal enterprises. I have combined the actual situation of a certain coal enterprises and this new model, used questionnaire method to evaluate the enterprise performance, and analyzes the evaluation results. Finally, I put forward the deficiency of the evaluation model and further improvement suggestions at the end of this paper.
