Research On The Gangue Thermal Project Cost Management Based On Value Chain In Huozhou

With the sustainable development of the domestic economy, engineering construction projects are facing fiercer competition. However, many domestic projects have problems in terms of management, especially in the cost management. Specially speaking, they are lack of relatively feasible and reasonable cost management system, and short of effective monitoring measures of project cost management as well as insufficient references of advanced cost management methods. The management philosophy on the whole is left behind and the entire management process is still dominated by the traditional cost management. It is not creative so that it leads to a deadlock of many domestic engineering constructions concerning the cost management process.Given this, this paper combined value chain and cost management, discuss about the practical application of the value chain cost management system aiming at the engineering projects. First, this paper discussed about the cost management and value chain theory both domestic and abroad, fully illustrated the theoretical connotation and meaning of the cost management. Then, the paper analyzed the current situation about Guangue thermal project value chain cost management system in HuoZhou, pointed out the core system of the current engineering cost management and a series of problems in the cost management process of the program. Based on this, this paper further put forward the construction idea of thermal project value chain cost management system in Huozhou. Under full consideration of the workflow and motivation of the engineering project cost management, it comes out with the corresponding measures and process of the value chain cost management. And finally, a value chain cost management mode is established combining with interior and exterior, and the implementing guarantee of the value chain cost management will be analyzed. In the process of the research, this paper applied many analytical methods, some typical methods are: document analysis method, case analysis method, summarizing method, and so on.The study of this paper not only has complementary significances to further expanding the research achievements of the value chain theory in domestic engineering projects, but also poses positive meaning to improve the entire cost management level of the engineering projects and enhance the measures and ranges of the cost management. Apart from that, the workflow decompositions and a series of motivation decompositions of the value chain used in the analysis are to some extent referential to eliminate traditional cost management.
