Since entering in twenty-first Century, China’s economy has achieved rapid development, and the same as the automobile industry has achieved rapid development, vehicle insurance in the property insurance industry and the insurance industry as a whole holds a pivotal position. But for a long time, in the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the low efficiency of the auto insurance industry, the high homogeneity of the insurance products, and the distortion of auto insurance price system are full of our country’s auto insurance market. This paper mainly focuses on the problems in the operation of the auto insurance market, the Jilin auto insurance market as an example, the paper analyzes the problems of the company’s non rational competition, which leads to a series of serious problems, analyzes the market situation of Jilin province’s commercial auto insurance, analyzes the strategies of Jilin Province’s commercial auto insurance reform, and analyzes the main direction of the reform in Jilin province. Taking the historical view, the correct view of the commercial vehicle insurance rate reform, with a positive attitude, to speed up the reform and innovation; to open up the thinking, take the road of diversified management. With the start of the commercial auto insurance rate market reform, insurance company insurance liability will increase, auto insurance prices will be more differentiated. Under this background, the commercial vehicle insurance rate is reasonable, fair will determine the insurance company’s market share and future long-term development. There is no doubt that this is a major step in the reform of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission in recent years, another major move to promote the auto insurance industry in the ecological reconstruction, protect the interests of consumers, improve the level of industry management, will have a positive and far-reaching impact.This paper first reviews the current situation of Jilin province’s commercial auto insurance, analyzes the main problems, including the industry extensive management and the main body of the market, the competition of the insurance industry, insurance industry and service level of public opinion, as well as the rate adjustment mechanism is not perfect in three aspects. On this basis, we should analyze the strategies of the reform of commercial auto insurance, analyze the experience of the international auto insurance market reform, the main direction of the commercial vehicle insurance reform in China and the test of commercial vehicle insurance in Jilin Province, and then sum up the reasons and Strategies of the reform of commercial auto insurance in Jilin province. Finally, the impact of the reform of commercial auto insurance in Jilin province and the effect of the reform direction of the commercial vehicle insurance business.In policy recommendations, this paper puts forward four countermeasures for enterprise reference. The improvement of enterprise’s supervision level is helpful to provide the solvency of the enterprise, establish the management idea of enterprise profit maximization, and strengthen the management system of the organization and the management system of the members of the company. In addition to the internal checks and balances mechanism, the insurance companies also need to establish internal audit system, compliance management and risk management and other process mechanisms, establish a sound corporate internal control system to enhance the enterprise’s own risk prevention capabilities; fourth, to enhance the ability of network marketing.
