The Human Capital Cataining Factors Of Entrepreneurship And Economic Growth

In now of knowledge times, as the carrier of knowledge and technology innovation, human capital is showing its growing importance, and in transformation period of China, declining "population bonus" will change for "human capital bonus", then makes economic growth rely on human capital instead of material capital input, this is important for improving China economic growth efficiency, and promoting economic long-term sound development. Through on literatures and reality of observation, we found that some area showed differences of economic development caused by different human capital level; but some areas had a larger gap of economic development and less obvious human capital differences, and at the same time those more developed area often has more high of entrepreneurs spirit and more active of entrepreneurs activities. Accordingly, this article will try to factor into human capital of entrepreneurs and re-examine the relationship between human capital and economic growth.This article teased apart related the theory of economic growth, human capital, entrepreneurship theory and research about the topic in the first. And in the theory section, this article constructed a new human capital structure containing entrepreneur human capital and professional skills human capital and describes the relationship between them. Author believes that professional skills human capital as well as physical capital, is an essential element in the production process, and play the element function. In addition, it played efficiency function through improving internal and external efficiency. The entrepreneur human capital through entrepreneurship and innovation, allocated economic resources to achieve market-oriented technology innovation, promoting economic efficiency, so as to promote economic growth. On this basis, this article introduced human capital structure into human capital human capital external effect models, building the human capital structure model, and compared them with effective labor model analysis, and got the direct and indirect effects of human capital calculation method. Then, this article studied and selected the measure method of human capital structure, and made national panel data divided into East, Middle, and West three parts, compared analysis and studied human capital structure’s development status from the aspect of professional skills type human capital of input, level, and stock and the innovation capacity aspects, and entrepreneurs human capital of level, innovation results market capacity and the enterprise vitality. In empirical part, this article used national 31 provinces, area, and autonomous regions, East 11 provinces, and Middle 8 provinces, and West 12 provinces of 1992-2013 years of panel data for return analysis, studied and compared effective labor model, human capital external effect model and the human capital structure model, and calculation out national and the three big areas model’s elements output elastic coefficient, compared analysis national and the regional’s elements on economic growth of effect. Calculated out human capital’s internal and external contribution rate, gave a more specific analysis and a comparison about economic growth.According to these analysis, this article got conclusions:currently China economic growth still main depend on material capital input; professional skills type human capital and the entrepreneurs human capital played a big role in economic development, and entrepreneurs human capital produced more external indirect effect than professional skills type human capita; Meanwhile, national system and the changes of policy also has effect on production elements and the economic growth. Judging from the aspect of area, the eastern region were ahead of other regions due to the role of entrepreneur human capital; professional skills type human capital were most important to economic development in the middle region in three areas and Western areas were lack of professional skills type human capital and brain drain is a serious problem, and thus become a less role in economic development, the entrepreneur human capital plays a major role in the structure of human capital. Finally, the paper present the policy advice about how to develop professional skills type human capital and entrepreneur human capital to promote economic growth, and pointed out the shortcomings of the article and the future research directions.
