In the changing external environment and the increasingly fierce competition, the city commercial bank pay attention to play their own advantages, enhance the core competition ability, and serve the small and medium-sized enterprise as the goal, it has got a good opportunity to deal with banking industry competition. However, due to the influence of the credit environment, enterprise management environment, the frequent changes of national macro policy and the international situation, credit risk is still the main risk faced by Banks in China. Especially, the whole city commercial bank group in terms of credit risk management and control is inferior.This article select the city commercial bank credit risk of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, by studying the present situation of the international commercial bank credit risk, and give an empirical analysis case, thus analysis some credit risk management problems.
