The Statistical Research On Energy Intensity In Anhui Province

Energy intensity reflects the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy and the dependence degree of energy resource for a area, and it is a unavoidable key issue in the process of industrialization, the lower the energy intensity shows that the better the economic benefits generated by energy, the change of energy intensity has an important influence in promoting structure transformation and economic growth. In many policy documents such as the 12 th five-year plan of our country and the eighteenth conference report of the Communist party, there are a lot of basic requirements of energy intensity, and they put forward policy measures to effectively strengthen the energy saving and consumption reducing, reasonably control the total energy consumption, significantly reduce energy intensity, and actively develop circular economy.In recent years, speeding up the industrial development, accelerating rise, making Anhui prosper and people wealthy are as for the important development task for Anhui province, consequently the economic growth gets remarkable achievements, the industrialization process keeps in an orderly way, the economic and social development keeps healthy and orderly. At the same time, although the economy develops in a accelerated way, the energy industry keeps booming, we also find there are certain deficiencies still existing in the evolution process of energy intensity in the Anhui province, and to some extent, they restricted the effective development of economy, reduced the efficiency level of the economic development in Anhui province. Therefore, this article studied the energy intensity and its influencing factors in Anhui province, deeply analyzed the internal mechanism that the factors affect the energy intensity in Anhui province, and estimated the influential effect that the factors how to affect the energy intensity in Anhui province. It has important theoretical significance and practical significance to promote the healthy development of Anhui industrialization, to promote the combination of new industrialization and urbanization, to promote regional economic development so as to drive the sustainable and coordinating economic and social development in Anhui province.This article carefully summarize research results of existing literature, and actively learn from the useful theory and analysis method on the base of them, with the disciplines support of energy economics, industry economics, international trade, with the policy guidelines of eighteenth conference and the third plenary session after it of the Communist party, combining a variety of research methods, making full use of the available sample data and practical sample index in Anhui province, comprehensively and systematically studying the energy intensity in Anhui province.This paper clears energy intensity in Anhui province as the research object, scientifically defines the core concepts of the energy intensity and influence factors, on the basis of it, deeply analyzes the internal mechanism that the factors how to affect the energy intensity in Anhui province, combines with the situation in Anhui province, carries out descriptive statistical analysis on the development trend of energy intensity in Anhui province, and at the same time, by establishing the econometric panel data model, estimates the influential effect that the population, economic development, technological progress, industrial structure, fixed assets investment, foreign direct investment and foreign trade dependency how to affect the energy intensity in Anhui province, and then points out the problems existing in the changing process of energy intensity in Anhui province, puts forward the policy suggestions on reducing energy intensity in Anhui province, which can provide reference for all levels of government departments in Anhui province to formulate relevant policies.
