| In 1930s, marketing discipline and relative theories formed in western market economy had changed the rules of "selling" thoroughly. They turned the way of "selling" from promotion to whole series of strategic marketing and made companies focus more on customer’s needs instead of products themselves. The spirit of marketing is to satisfy customers, which means companies and organizations obtain expected profits at the same time when meeting customers’needs. As the marketing master Philip Kotler says, marketing is "to achieve the desired results more effectively and efficiently than competitors".This study is based on an analysis of all factors of the formulation of MG Company’s Marketing Strategy and action plans for Wind-Power Slip Rings. Employing the classical 4Ps theory promoted by Jerome McCarthy, together with the marketing process written by Harvard marketing professors, the study aims to find out the underlying problems and defective nodes and to develop ideas and plans to enhance MG Company’s market strategy of wind-power slip rings.According to Harvard University’s marketing flowchart, this article begins with the analysis and generalization of the 5Cs (context, company, customers, competitors and collaborators) of wind-power slip rings market to reach the ideas about marketing strategy. Then it utilizes the Marketing Theory of 4Ps to formulate and dissect the marketing strategy and specific points for wind-powered slip rings. The article suggests that as the market changes rapidly, MG Company should update and adjust its marketing strategy, as well as its action plans, to better match and satisfy the market and the need of customers, so that the company could establish front-runner status and strengthen MG company’s brand from the fields of products, organization and service. The article also highlights the importance of the strategy for company’s development, because it is the basis of all operations of the company and the "constitution" for all other activities of the company.The new marketing strategy for wind-power slip rings, which redesigned after a thorough study of experts’theories, papers and relative materials provided by the MG Company for new circumstances, would effectively make MG Company more competitive in wind power field and would improve the additional value of the products.
