Financial Support To The Optimization And Promotion Of Automotive Industry In Jilin Province From Jilin Branch Of China Development Bank

As the automotive industry has the characteristics of a long industrial chain, a high correlation, wide range of employment, great consumer-driven function, it plays an important role in the economic and social development. And financial support for the sustained and healthy development of the automotive industry has an important role. With the commercialization progress of CDB and the control and regulation of central government to the liabilities to the local government, the field of infrastructure credit support will be reduced in a certain period of time. The future business development focus of CDB will shift to the industry and international cooperation, and the automotive industry is a strategic pillar industry in Jilin Province. Hence, the study of CDB Jilin Branch of how to achieve a major breakthrough in the field of automotive industry is an urgent and practical problems.In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of relevant statistical data, the importance of the automotive industry in China’s automobile industry and Jilin’s economy is clarified. Then combined with the"12th Five-Year Plan" of automobile industry in Jilin Province and the development of the content of the proposal in Jilin Provincial Government on the automotive industry, the medium and long-term financing needs of the automotive industry in Jilin Province are predicted. Based on the automotive Industry Value Chain analysis, the full life cycle of auto finance products and their financing channels are discussed, and then the financing model to be developed in the automotive industry is proposed. Then, by utilizing the SWOT method, the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to support the development of automobile industry in Jilin Province are analyzed. And based on the results of SWOT analysis, the CDB Jilin Branch of the development of the automobile industry loans strategy is presented. Then, based on the presented strategy, the key support of sub-sectors and projects and key customers, as well as the business development policies and risk prevention recommendations are designed.This paper provides the strategies and implementation of programs to support the development of the automobile industry in Jilin Province and also provides specific ideas for the industry’s financial support for research.
