The Research For The Distribution Characteristic And Location Choice Of FDI

With the pattern of the global economics formed, The international division of labor and resource configuration optimization began gradually to transfer from the initial trading boom to accelerated capital flowing.Investment,instead of trading,is becoming the main way of global corporation.Hence,FDI is on the way of the becoming the key power to adjust the country industry and keep the pace with the technology and curing the structure of the market.Consistent with our economy,FDI is also keep a high pace of flowing.Traced back to 1983,the rate of FDI growth is about 16.7% per year,until 2013,the total FDI reached 1175.86 dollars.That’s to say,charged of a large quantity of capital, advanced management conception and technical advantages,the multinational companies are making the best use of our labors and natural resources,also including our huge markets.As a consequence,the foreign capital can penetrate into our markets,and gradually becoming one of the necessary part of our developing economy.At the same time corresponding to the characteristics of the unbalanced regional economic developments,The FDI in our country also show the same characteristics:Centered on the east, Middle and west showed peripheral heterogeneity distribution pattern. And to some extent, This distribution strengthened the development of the regional differences in China.Considering the reasons before,This article will focus on the reasons that can inducing the large difference between east, middle and west in FDI.We try to combine the fact of the unbalanced development in our country with econometric model to analysis the necessary factors that attracting the investments to flow in,in that way, can we provide a reasonable explanation to the unbalanced development between different places.What’s more,this model can help us to explore the ways of speeding up the stimulation of FDI to flow into the Middle and the west regions, and through this point, we can seek further development to decrease the difference between east,central and western regions and to achieve the policy path of regional balanced development.On the basis of this, we divide our country into three regions:East,west and middle regions, and take the types of FDI in different regions and the influencing factors into account. And then, the three regions are compared to analyze the effect of different factors in the three regions. At the same time,considering the economic development of Yangtze River Delta region, and the relationship between them and other provinces in the eastern region and the central and western regions, we separate it from the other provinces of east.Further, based on the combination of empirical analysis provided by the data support, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations, so as to promote the balanced development of China’s FDI provides a reference.
