The year 2013 is honored as the first year of an era of "Internet banking" by P2P network credit industry, which developed rapidly during the boom of "Internet banking". However, at the same time we have to recognize that P2P network lending still belongs to fresh things. It is completely beyond the supervision because of its property of financial institutions but without financial licence. The high demand for market and the lack of industry threshold lead to the P2P network loan growing freely. The moral risk of the borrowers is inevitable due to the lack of credit system in China. Once the economic cold wave comes up, the capital chain of P2P network could be broken. Currently many P2P network platforms are facing more and more risks.In this thesis, it is firstly introduced that the definition of P2P and its current development situation in domestic market from a macro perspective. Afterwards, detailed analysis and introduction of **company’s management situation are made, which includes the operation mode, operating conditions, the company’s products as well as risk control. ** company is one of the typical domestic P2P credit platforms. In the third chapter, three major cases of mature P2P network credit abroad are mainly shared. Finally, part Four is mainly about the comparison of platforms operating modes between** network credit company and mature P2P credit companies abroad, based on which recommendations are offered to improve the personal credit information, enhance the risk control, build professional team for inspiring enterprises to choose the correct operating mode. Through these** network credit company will be more standardized and orderly in the future development, and further win a head start in such a " Blue Sea "of credit. Besides, it will provide the theoretical foundation for the national control to p2p credit platform.
