Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the Internet finance develops rapidly, creating many innovative financial products and services. These innovative financial products and services, which gothroughthemarketsurvival of the fittest and evolve continuously, form several models of Internet financial.Compared with traditional banking, Internet finance is a new format. Relying on the development of the Internet expansion, the development of e-commerce and the popularity of intelligent mobile terminals, Internet finance continues with the topology of underlying network, the structure of commercial organizations and the infiltration of user transactions. During these processes, the base of the Internet finance accumulates in the change of the information technology,the value of the Internet financeinitiates in the cradle of electronic commerce, the concept of the Internet finance spread widelyin popularity of intelligent mobile applications. Making joint efforts in three dimensions of the technical civilization, the business opportunities and the user culture,the Internetfinanceconstructs a systematic and profoundly changes the ecology of the financial industry.Faced with the cross-border infiltrator, the impact which suffered by the traditional commercial banks is not small. Among them,the strength ofthe impact which suffered by the small and medium-sizedbanks is to the extent of endangering their survival and development. For the small and medium-sized banks, the retail banking business is the main source of profits. Therefore, the study on the influence of Internet financeto the retail banking of the small and medium-sizedbanksis practical significant in a certain degree. In view of this, thethesisstudies on how the small and medium-sizedbanksmakeadaptchanneltransition,whicharoundthe influence of Internet financeto the retail banking of the small and medium-sizedbanks.Andtaking a local rural commercial bank--ZS Rural Commercial Bank for instance, make specific design about the transformation of the retail banking’s channel, in order to exploresomepractical and feasible solution.
