Since 2009 as the world’s largest automobile production and marketing power, China’s auto industry has contributed a lot to the rapid growth of the national economy and has become the important pillar industry of the national economy. In this process, automobile manufacture enterprises in our country have made great progress. However, facing these foreign giants who have been developed for decades and even more than one hundred, they are still under grim and hard competition on the whole,which is still in the weak passive disadvantage. Meanwhile, Toyota Recall Events has become intensifying since 2009 it broke out. Their experiences and lessons deserve to dig deep, especially in the recall Toyota’s attitudes to Chinese and foreign automobile market, behaviors and the consequences are particularly worthy of deep thinking. So, it’s of very strong practical significance for case study of the typical product quality and safety due to continuous fermentation in Toyota Recall Events and further beneficial enlightenment for China’s automobile manufacture enterprise.Research results at home and abroad, show that Japanese companies, including Toyota, are under the deep influence of Chinese culture. The Confucian culture is the backbone of the Chinese culture, and is also the most valuable knowledge system in the east, which still has extensive and profound influence on Chinese culture and even the entire East Asian culture, and is of great practical significance for contemporary management theories and management practices. This paper checks out the origin of Confucian Confucius and Mencius as representatives of the warring states period and refines Confucian management thought. On this basis, this paper reviews the ins and outs of Toyota recall events combined with the theory of credibility culture of enterprises, further sums up the problems of Toyota cultural construction shown in these events. Finally considering its present situation, this paper puts forward the beneficial countermeasure to the construction of credibility culture of automobile manufacture enterprises in our country.This research is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction. This part introduces the research background of this paper, the research status quo, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods and possible innovations.The second part is related theoretical basis. This part outlines and refines the Confucian management thought system represented by Confucius and Mencius.The third part is the present situation of the construction of credibility culture of independent brand automobile enterprises in our country and its problems. This part introduces the present situation of its construction of credibility culture, and has carried on the thorough discussion on its existing questions.The fourth part is the enlightenment of Toyota Recall Events to the construction of credibility culture of automobile manufacture enterprises. This part has carried on the brief review of its evolution, and introduced the Toyota’s performance in the events, then expounded its enlightenment to our automobile manufacture enterprises from perspective of Confucian management thought.The fifth part is the countermeasure discussion on enhancing the construction of credibility culture of automobile manufacture enterprises from perspective of Confucian management thought. Based on the results of the previous analysis, this part tries to put forward the countermeasure on enhancing the construction of credibility culture of automobile manufacture enterprises in our country from perspective of Confucian management thought.The sixth part is the research conclusion and prospect. This part has carried on the summary of the research results, and has explained further research work for the future.
