In recent years, electronic channels of commercial banks has rapid development, because of the growth of the Internet finance and continuously improve the level of informatization in the field of major financial. Self-service equipment, which is in the bank as an important part of electronic channels, has becoming a main channel of the traditional banking business, even going to become the main business model. The self-service equipment make our daily lives convenience, efficiency and quality of service, but the self-service equipment faced serious high investment, low efficiency and more severe in rough type business model in the future. With the quick grown of self-service business that how to improve the operational efficiency and quality of self-service equipment in banks will be an important issue.In this paper, study by the Bank of China Xingtai Branch’s operational management of self-service equipment and Integrated use of theories of self-service equipment, operations management and process optimization to find out operations management problems of Xingtai branch outlets in self-service equipment. These issues such as slow implementation of new technology of smart devices, site selection, equipment, personnel resource allocation unreasonable, management system does not keep pace with the times, the system is not perfect, self-service equipment risk management awareness is weak by employees and older customers still prefer the traditional counter operations etc. So self-service equipment operations management system needs to be improved, operational management system could be optimized. Clear the objects of optimization of management and develop program of optimization. Lead to put forward the necessary security conditions for optimization of program implementation from strengthening team building, strengthening incentives, enhance awareness training and strengthen other aspects of the services system.Therefore, this article raises important ideas for Xingtai Branch of Bank of China’s self-service equipment operations management, practical program of optimization, strong support of guarantee, important theoretical and practical significance.
