Study Interaction Between Nanjiang Producer Services And Manufacturing

With the acceleration of economic globalization, domestic and international economic environment is undergoing rapid change. Our country is not flat on the road, you want out of a new way of stable economic development, then we must accelerate the upgrading of traditional industries, modern services to facilitate the transition of economic development and reform,especially developing producer services.State "along the way" strategy, the economic belt of the Silk Road in Xinjiang at the forefront of the transition, but the current actual situation, Xinjiang itself in the transition to a lack of future-oriented development and industrial restructuring positioning only in concept to achieve the change, no real economic transformation from operations. Coupled with the Xinjiang Tianshan Slope Economic Zone mainly based, rapid economic development, and the area south of the Tianshan Although natural resource endowments, but mostly minority, poor population,potentially destabilizing factors, most of Xinjiang’s economic development backward areas. In order to narrow the economic gap between the southern and northern Xinjiang, change the three industries of agriculture and traditional manufacturing role in economic development, improving energy utilization, production optimization, increasing employment opportunity for people to live and work. Therefore, we selected Southern Xinjiang Aksu Prefecture as the research target for producer services and manufacturing for the study to investigate the relationship between them for research purposes, put forward policy recommendations to optimize the economic development of Aksu Prefecture, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of regional manufacturing, to enhance the core competitiveness and city-level level Aksu Prefecture, Aksu region to achieve leapfrog development, but also provide some good countermeasures and suggestions for the whole southern industrial restructuring and economic development in Xinjiang.Theory from practice. Firstly, the research background and significance of the producer services and manufacturing, domestic and foreign scholars in the study of the situation and progress in this area of the sort, and then study the geographical situation of producer services a definition, to determine the scope and definition the classification of producer services, based on the theory of interaction between the two mechanisms, through 1999--2013 year data quantitative analysis using ADF test, co-integration test, service and manufacturing production obtained in Aksu Prefecture, there is a long and stable relationship; then the establishment of a short-term error correction model, suggest that the current positive correlation between the two industries in the region, but the effect is not high; when stationary sequence Granger causality test results, Aksu Prefecture and producer services manufacturing does not reinforce each other,just a one-way causal relationship, that manufacturing is the Granger cause of producer services,not vice versa. Conclusions from the above analysis of both the region’s Interactive Developmentproblems put forward countermeasures and suggestions for constructive interaction between the two, to promote economic development throughout the region and the Xinjiang Aksu region.This paper is divided into five parts: The first chapter is the introduction.
