The risk management of credit project is one of the most important part of commercial banks. A commercial banks is a specialized enterprise run currency credit, its main function is to achieve financial intermediation. By combine the capital funds of Profitable business and Companies who need funds, and then the resources and funds of both sides are rational used, efficiency and profitability are improved, finally achieve a win-win situation. The project financing in commercial banks bridges the needs of both side. Meanwhile, the credit project of commercial banks has certain risks, it’s necessary to prepare for risk assessment when conducting the project approval, and Make the necessary preventions to control project financing risk.Based on the collection and collation of relevant literature, this dissertation analyzed the credit project risk management on public passenger transport center of XX commercial bank. With the comprehensive guidance of risk management theory, and Combined with the actual situation of Passenger Transportation Center credit project in XY Bank, the risk identification index system of this project was derived. Fuzzy evaluation method was used to establish the risk evaluation model, and then use the expert questionnaire scoring method to draw risk assessment results for the XY Bank project. Based on the results of risk identification, this research proposed a series of response measures to avoid corresponding risk, and get the maximum benefits. Through the credit risk management research of XY bank, it will bring some reference on credit risk management for domestic commercial banks, and thus may further discussion of risk management responses.
